I'm sorry, but it's the absolute truth 
After a workout, water does nothing to replenish anything you lost from sweating and the energy you used
Like just this past week, I tried just strictly water and felt disgusted at how it literally didn't help anything

Water only works when you taking a power walk or some shyt
Even though I'm not the biggest fan of sugary sports drinks, Gatorade is 10x better at replenishing the Electrolytes you lost, and much better when you need your 2nd wind to continue working out
But to me the best thing to take for workouts are putting Salt and Potassium in your Water before or after workouts. They are the GOAT
