Drinking Water is the absolute WOAT when it comes to gym workouts

I just throw some crystal light in a half gallon bottle of water and it'll last me for a 2 hour workout.

I use this one

4 packets in a half gallon and only 20 total calories.

Just drink after it’s not a big deal you act like you don’t eat all of the required electrolytes. Not sure why people over complicate things.

i like oral rehydration solution like Pedialyte or Pedialytye packets they even have the generic versions in 7 eleven

depends on the context water is fine but like if you are in a 98 degree garage working out cardio you might need a Gatorade or Pedialyte or 32 oz Gatorade with 1/2 tsp of table salt
