Drinking Water is the absolute WOAT when it comes to gym workouts

Water works well for me.

Anything inside the gym (basketball, running, elliptical, lifting weights etc)....I'm sweating but still in an air-conditioned environment. Maybe eat a banana and some berries afterwards.

If I'm outside in Dallas....that's different. Even long walk (8 to 10 miles) will make you lose A LOT of electrolytes. You'll need something beyond water to replace it.

I don't even drink water during my workouts anymore because I keep my mask on the whole time.

But if you are sweating water DEFINITELY helps with hydrating your body.

I can't imagine drinking anything else other then water during a workout.

Water feels better for me during/after cardio

Gatorade/sports feels better drinks during/after weights

And I have no idea why that is

Agreed, but you’re barking up the wrong tree. :francis:

The only benefit to drinking those is they have almost no calories. I’m permabulking so calories are not an issue; if I’m not drinking Serious Mass with extra whey I’m prolly sipping ON Pro Gainer.

Either way those drinks tasted like straight :trash:. Me and the homie were drinking them like :huhldup::bryan:.
