I used to love Gatorade and Powerade, but that shyt has way too much sugar in it. I’ve been gucci with water.

Works wonders after workouts. Haven’t had a cramp or felt dehydrated since.

I just started working out again seriously since Covid started. I’m already military pressing 135+ for 10x’s again.

Usually just get a protein shake… body heals up and back at it the next day.
