All I think is water and I guarantee you I have more wind than 99% of the population. Go to a boxing gym and no one drinking gatorade. Most cats do is eat some starburst or some shyt for the car boost...What a weird thread.

Water is literally ALL you need during a heavy workout.
Add some BCAAs and you good to go.
The reality is,you may be dehydrated BEFOREHAND from not consuming enough water,and you don't feel it until you begin taxing yourself.
Aim for 1 gallon a day and at least 32oz before you lift.

I run with a bottle of Zephyrhills

Quick 5k then 7 miles on the bike to cool down

Water is great
