People that buy Euro Lux tend to sale or trade up more often because they can afford to. Second, third and fourth hand Euro cars having poor maintenance is likely because people that couldnt afford to buy new, bought them. And if you cant afford to buy new, then you also cant afford the maintenance on a used one either which is why theres anecdotal evidence of them not performing well for long. And if you need maintenance but cant afford it or do DIY then you arent a "car person" if im being honest and shouldnt own any luxury sports sedan etc. To reply directly, my boy has an E60 with 185xxx miles on it. No major issues that arent expected of a 200k mileage car. He knows how to take care of his shyt. If you dont, then dont buy an overly engineered car.Only if BMW or Benz made cars that could last past 130k with no major problems
@Nicole0416 Imagine buying a Lexus and it lasting for decades with no big problemsin my 2 1/2 years as a mechanic apprentice, I’ve never seen a post 90s BMW with over 200k
Seen countless Acura, Lexus Infiniti tho..saw a 97’ TL with 340k

...M4 and an e46 cabriolet thats about to be stupid boosted.
...not sure how I'd fare in that match up. Not in the Honda anyway. Unless some changes are made. Not like we'd ever meet up anyway tho. I do have a 06 Cadillac STS with a rod knock that I bought about 6 months ago. Planning on LS swap with procharger. If the occasion ever arises
fukk outta here nikka, who in their right mind buys a car where the RADIATOR SUPPORTS are made out of PLASTIC.

Germany and Japan have been fukking with each other diplomatically since 1861. do the math,
but in all serious i read the car thing in a book years ago that ive been dying to find again as theres no mention of it on the internet
this is as close as i can get to prove my point....

Keep doing your thing tho man. No ill will on my end. Good to see nikkas into whips like that. There isn't many where I live. Especially Honda guys.

17 grand is not a lot of money. LOL broke boys make me laugh. They think saving money is an accomplishment, hahahaha. I guess they figured out how to take it with them. I'm going to whip the Benz because we only live once my guy. If I want to touch wood and leather every time I drive my car that's my choice. If I want to wear custom clothing made of high-quality fabrics that's my choice.
Frugality is cool, but I say boss up, make more money, challenge yourself to have expensive tastes so you make more money. Someone who has expensive taste and doesn't believe in debt can get rich faster than someone pinching pennies and eating ramen. Wealth attracts wealth. Looking like a broke boy doesn't attract wealth. Other broke boys will applaud you for buying the sketchers over the Nikes because they're cheaper, but nikkas like me in the Gucci slides will just laugh because you'll never know how good it feels to work hella hard for the best shyt in the world and then buy that shyt.
fukk waiting on it, people wait until they retire to cop a Benz. I copped a Benz before I was 21. I'm 30 now. I still own it. My Benz looks better and performs better than most of my homies newer cars. I don't even drive it anymore, hahaha, that's my favorite part.
Those same people live in bum ass towns, in bum ass apartments, and have bum ass jobs. They're always playing it safe and if that's you cool. I say boss up, hustle harder, chase a dream. fukk saving money and being rich. Make so much money you don't need to save any because it's always coming in.
If I buy another car it'll be a Porsche 944, 80s Carerra, or a Cadillac CTS. Cadillac's look mean as fukk. That'll be my old man car. Cruising ten under the speed limit with a car that stays waxed.
That Lexus figure can't be right.
But u was just ranting bout plastic parts in newer cars
I don’t see any cheaply made body or frame parts in my 93’..dual airbags just like any other car.
Rather be in some old shyt than these cheaply made domestics or a Korean whip![]()

Warranty, but after it expired im getting that toco extended maintenance warranty plan.
Was just at BMW San Francisco last week to see how much outta pocket I would've paid with no warranty for my brakes/servicing.
$700 for front brakes/front rodders. SF hills be killing me
$350 for rear pads
$400 for spark plugs
$200 oil change and other servicing needs
Not too bad considering that that's premium dealer pricing
