if you're asking me for my opinion, i think not. can't rotate dudes on the ground with video gamers/software operators. they're completely different and separate entities. they should just make their jobs fun. maybe have them play the new call of duty 3 hrs, operate drones 5-6hrs (smoke and lunch breaks allowed) then end the day with the latest battlefield so they can go home calmer..
absolutely no trolling other players on chat or headset because this is serious business and national security and people's lives.

they should also be included in the software analyst team with the drone software developers on how to improve the computer hardware and software.

4 hours playing video games is like 1/2 hr-1 hr max in real life time. i think 3-2 hrs is reasonable.

Because they dont work those insane hours like these guys for one. for two they dont see up close the damage they cause. those drone cameras are giving the drone pilots a zoomed in up close and personal view of whats going on when they fire a weapon or even when they are in just watch mode. seeing a real bomber, or chopper, chop someone down. think about it for a moment. unless you're in close combat only a sniper will see what actually happens to people when hit with artillery. at least until they roll up on the people and see the aftermath. these drone dudes are watching people's legs get blown clean off. heads busted wide open like its a video game....but its not. that can mess up anyone.

Being an drone operator is an intimate affair. I can imagine killing some one as a drone operator is scaring
