Maybe don't wage a campaign of genocide against a Shia peoples if you don't want to catch flack for it then.

They are waging what they call a "War", did the Saud think that war was free of consequence?

Hawks are pissing themselves with joy right now, if we go to war for this the millions of dead that will ensure are on their hands.

Does Iran deserve to be hit for equipping and supporting Assad? Surely if Yemen = genocide then the Syrian war ( with higher casualties) can also fit under the same descriptor.

I am entirely not in agreement with the narrative that depicts the Iranian side of the current Middle East power conflict as some sort of innocent, non aggressors merely acting in self defence. That this is even the general impression, tells you how effective Iran and its allies are in their information war.

It says a lot when the actual massacre that SA has been doing against innocent Yemenis for the last few years gets no media coverage and this is a spectacle. Yemen is going through an induced famine, cholera outbreak and indiscriminate bombardment that would make Israel blush.

But Iran uses its proxies to attack oil fields and it’s time for world war three :dead:

Literally didn’t kill innocents on a mass scale or attack a city... attacked oil fields. The most civil thing they could have done to defend themselves. And why is Iran using proxies? Their proxies are the victims of a mass murder going on right now on a civilian level. I hate the Irianian regime and religiously I’m closer to the Saudi’s but right is right and wrong is wrong. This is bizarre and criminal.

I don’t think media coverage foretells an impending war. I don’t think we are any closer to WW3 than we were prior to this attack.

All indications are that Trump is trying to tone down his aggressive posture vis-a-vis Iran and the Saudis are not interested in a war that would directly implicate them. These developments actually are indications of de-escalation:
Donald Trump: I don't want war with Iran, though they attacked Saudis

Saudi Arabia to invite U.N. experts to investigate oil attack: statement

I also think you’re greatly underselling Iran ( and its proxies) direct implications in bloodshed and war crimes. Just look at Idlib right now ( which you will also notice there media is barely covering and has lost interest in). A rebellion should not be pretext for open season on civilians in either Yemen or Syria. Just like Saudi, Iran is willing to massacre and use it’s proxies like cannon fodder to keep a grip on its geopolitical position. Look how many Shia Afghans were killed fighting in Syria, placed and organized there directly by the IRGC.

She makes it seem as if diplomacy and avoiding war is a bad thing. Being a war hawk for the sake of opposing Trump is borderline retard.
There is a way to overwhelmingly disagree with Trump on policy and still support any attempts at diplomacy to avoid a catastrophic war. Corporate Dems act like they cannot walk and chew bubble gum at the same time.

Russia also equipped Assad.

Non one talking about attacking them.

:mjpls:

Why is that?
