Just get the cheapest one. You don't need to fill the cup just enough for them to test. 2 oz. bottle should work.

I always have one hidden somewhere in case of an unexpected test. It comes with everything you need (minus a microwave for ~10 seconds).

As to why it's still in your system after 6 weeks:
