Dunno how this a question if youve actually seen both play in their primes. Timmy is great, most def top10 and its not a huge gap but Hakeems better at almost everything. Really Timmy was only a better defensive rebounder. Timmy has better assist numbers but he also had much better coaching lets not discount that. Pop is arguably the GOAT coach and he could build alltime great defenses AND offenses. He knows his shyt as well as anyone. Rudy T is underrated and revolutionary in some ways like how he used the 3ball but hes not in the same class as Pop. Then theres the minutes management Pop is known for i mean cmon he manages minutes as well as anyone ever prolly better. Timmy has been playing 30 minutes a game since 07!!!! 30!!!!!!! Keem passed his prime in a lockout season at 99 aged 37yo was playin 36.........
Timmy also had better post passers than Hakeem. Him and Shaq did. Great passers from guards like Penny, Wade, Kobe, Manu, Tony etc. If u actually watched all 3 player youd know Hakeem had to handle the ball far more. He had to take it up from halfcourt a lot, was doubled far out more than those two who were just doubled near the post, and create shots because he didnt have consistent passers that could get him the ball in the post like those 2 for when nikkas was frontin him, double teaming, even when he had good position i remember Kenny throwin mediocre to bad passes to him. Hakeem was a far better ball handler and more skilled on the perimeter, his midrange shot shyts on both of em. If Hakeem had passers on the wing like those guys he couldve been much more efficient with much less turnovers since he had far more pressure to actually dribble and make something happen outside post. He wouldve had much better assist numbers out the post for damn sure

. Prime Tim is giving you 25 a game, he was around 22-25 ppg a game during his MVP years and he saw more than his fair share of double and triple teams just like Hakeem was. Dream got way more shots than Timmy and that's not even close. Act like passing and creating shots for others and getting assists ain't part of offense either which Tim still does well to this day
