I just brace myself and focus on getting one thing right, no matter how irrelevant. One step, then another one, then shyt happens, then keep going, another step...

Sometimes it really comes down to me just having the grit to want to improve no matter what. Even if things are bleak af and I'm beyond exhausted in any sense of the word. Push through and break your limits on some anime shyt.

I'm not saying that therapy and proven methods don't work, but at the end of the day, you gotta have some kind of dog in you.
