the ether
Long conversations with people who are good listeners.

Created routines and forced myself to get off my ass and follow them. (Exercise, reading, prayer, cooking meals, chores, etc.)

The important part is not saying, "I'm going to exercise", which can come and go so easily, but instead, "I'm going to exercise at 6:30am every monday, wednesday, and friday" and then keep it going for at least two months.

Spend time with young children in your life if there are any. Put a smile on their face and just observe them. Then remember that every grown person who ever lived was once that old.

"The biggest man you ever did see was once a baby in this life" – Bob Marley

New environment. If your physical environment isn't a part of the problem then take a trip. But like to the desert or something. Real remote shyt. Disconnect from everything phone all that. Isolation and no influences will have you being real honest.

And if you're adventurous throw some shrooms, peyote, or acid in the mix :mjlit:

read this Voltaire quote “Life is thickly sown with thorns, and I know no other remedy than to pass quickly through them. The longer we dwell on our misfortunes, the greater is their power to harm us.”
