Because hes creative,successful and most importantly young.
Most of these older coaches hate young dudes who step in the league and get a shot and win right away...same thing in almost every line of work,jealousy of the younger better guy....

It really is. I am listening to the Raptors presser at work right now. Jack Armstrong, the Raptors commentator, said Rick Carlisle is the head of the Coaches Association and he chose to release the report today. We know that Casey was Carlisle's head assistant for years. Jack said this was really interesting timing, which was probably his way of saying Carlisle was trying to save Casey's job.
