I've seen the dry kind in the bag and the smell is fukking repulsive and sticks to everything . I hate it.

Wish I liked fish but my tastebuds just don't fukk with it.

Meat and/or Fish markets is your best bet. Or markets near mosques or synagogues.

you gotta come down to the South and get some real catfish breh.

And you gotta go to a hole in the wall place or to a outdoor fish fry at someones house.

But Swai is my favorite fish at the moment. It's a Vietnamese catfish. It's great fried or grilled in the oven. It has a great natura ltaste so you don't have to add salt, tartar sauce, hot sauce or anything.

I liked catfish and buffalo fish when I was kid coming up...my family cooked that stuff alot in the south. I just stick to shrimp, lobster tails, crab legs, and whitening these days though.
