Buy a steak about the size of a large cell phone or a number pad on a keyboard
Put your pan on like 80% or near high. Add a small amt of oil.
Season the fish however you like with dry rubs or seasonings. It takes seasonings real well since tuna has a neutral or no taste. I like it spicy or lemon pepper.
Toss it on the pan and just saute the top and bottom. It will cook QUICK...LIKE 1 MINUTE. Flip only when THE TOP changes color. DO NOT COOK IT THRU. IF IT WAS A STEAK IT WOULD BE RARE. It should look like this:

you could, I just pan saute tuna, and bake chicken. In the summer I use a gas grill for chicken breast and use the foreman for bacon and stuff. IDK about chicken on a foreman; thats GOTTA cook thru. Tuna would be fine though. You be using the George Forman Grill for chicken breasts and steaks? Bought a GRIP of steaks at Wal Mart on Monday.

Is there a separate section for meat? All i ever see is frozen foods...
not all walmarts are built like how R=G is describing. There used to be "Super Walmart" which has a legit grocery section...regular walmarts might not have thatIs there a separate section for meat? All i ever see is frozen foods...
