The protein / fat ratio of tuna is insane...its the ultimate superfood. Easy to cook and takes all seasoning.

I'm walkin down to pikesplace market today after work and copping a steak after reading this numbers :banderas:

any seasoning/preparation tips? Can't keep just slapping mayonnaise on it.

edit: nevermind. im seeing you don't eat it from a can.

Theyre also 1000x fattier almost to the point of disgust if you don't cook them so they drain
Is the fat that much higher though? I didn't' know that, I saw my chicken thighs and they only have about 4 gs of fat. Its the only fat I consume.

you could, I just pan saute tuna, and bake chicken. In the summer I use a gas grill for chicken breast and use the foreman for bacon and stuff. IDK about chicken on a foreman; thats GOTTA cook thru. Tuna would be fine though.

Yup. If you do cook chicken on the foreman you gotta stay nearby. It goes from juicy to cardboard fairly quick

I gas grill chicken year round. And I'm in Minnesota so you know I'm serious with it

look at TSC here gathering round the dinner table :blessed:

Idaho.
Tuna and sweet potatoe is an absolute power combo for those on a tight budget. When I was at college that was one of my main meals due to the low cost and simplicity. Could get a tin of tuna for around 75p and a big bag of sweet potatoes for £1.25. Didn't even know about mercury back then, my levels must of been :banderas:

:pachaha:
I'd rather eat catfish i never see just COD on sale at the supermarket...
I've seen the dry kind in the bag and the smell is fukking repulsive and sticks to everything . I hate it.

Wish I liked fish but my tastebuds just don't fukk with it.
