I'm not arguing the moves. but I'm not looking at them as a contender out east either.

I could see them making the 2nd round. but I also can see them missing the playoffs.

You're convinced Rondo is gonna be a productive player for y'all at PG? Didn't you Bulls fans spend years arguing that Rondo was a product of his system in BOS? He's been largely ineffective in Dal & Sac...it just doesn't seem like a good move for y'all (no hate) :yeshrug:

We have owned toronto for 2 seasons and we likely will be in the mix with the other teams you posted we had a 7-1 record vs the 2 top teams in the east last season, and you can't make any argument that we got much worst with no rose and noah. At the end of the day, I personally don't give that much of a damn. It's a stop gap year, it's all about next off season and forward, but we will make the playoffs, it's likely with a motivated wade and a jimmy on another level coming off of team usa, we will win 1 rd, hell depending on the bracket we could be in the ecf. That is not crazy, only team dominate is cleveland, acting otherwise is just silly.

Nowhere in any of my responses was the word contender used.

And because of all the teams not named cleveland Pretty much being evenly matched any team not named cleveland could miss the playoffs, 1 injury, 1 bad stretch and you out. For us last season, 1 stretch where jimmy, niko, noah and a few games without pau did us in. That could happen to any team.

But I never implied we were contenders,
