u have to understand if he got the ball low in the post the best thing to do was foul, rather then give up a easy dunk

but in his early days he was around 60% FT
which isn't that bad, he got much worst thereafter

and i don't think Hack-a-Howard or (insert anyone) would work with a player that 60% FT

That’s the main difference between Kobe and other guys. Kobe will try to mentor and improve the talent he has around him, while other guys will instantly give up on and trade players they don’t like.

I disagree prime dwight before back surgery was pretty fukking good, carried a group of roleplayers to the finals like he was lebron or some shyt. Not many centers could have done that. Back issues ruined his career lets not act like dwight wasn't a defensive monster and created top defenses by himself. He would still be top 2 center in today's game shyt he'd eat more with pnr ( if he actually liked doing it)

Pretty sure Kobe was talking about Dwight's mental toughness. Physically he had all the tools to be GOAT, but mentally he was a kid in a man's body. Shaq was a very fun loving guy throughout his career, but when it was time he'd drop 30 & 17 on you like it was nothing.
