Dying Light was the greatest zombie survival game I've ever played in my life (State Of Decay 2 came after & is in a different subgenre). Dying Light 2 was subpar even in it's own genre.
I "copped" Dying Light The Beast on PC and it definitely restores the feeling. Basically an updated version of the first one in terms of UI and aesthetics, but with new missions and sht. Honestly couldn't ask for more but at the same time can't put it above the OG because that's what laid the foundation. If you liked the first one you will enjoy this as well, even at MSRP.
BBG Approved
How is it subpar, really? I know the reviews was less than stellar, but if you've played all three, you should be able to explain why 2 didn't hit as 1 and 3 did/does, 'cause I really wanna play 2 as well and I guess I'll experience it for myself, but just to know what wrong and what to look forward to when I eventually do.

I wanted to like it for nostalgia purposes but nah. I can't even bother rating it because I didn't even give it enough time for a proper assessment.
