Really enjoyed the special. Main thing I came away thinking is that Trips needs to chill with being in front of the camera - he's obviously invested in making the show a success, behind the scenes rather than just saying "It's not meant to be good..." .

If this week's ratings were really in the toilet, I'd prefer to see them working on getting a show that standard up to a bigger audience,instead of just going back to the old formula because they know it works (sometimes)

Forgot that 'Somebody Call My Momma' ended up just becoming the default Black entrance music . It's like Vince making CAWs and didn't want to use the generic rock themes.

Hope to see this at Mania in front of 70,000 one day.

what bothers me the most is that vince, hhh, etc... they KNOW what it takes to put on a good show and they say all the right things... and yet we've been stuck with this overproduced, sterilized dog trash for more than 10 years now.

I agree, but I disagree at the same time

Yes, it's 2015 and we all know it's fake, but at the same time, the great thing about wrestling is we never know how much is fake.

Some guys go by their real names and the WWE always uses guys real life stories to build characters, so while wrestling is staged, it's always been more real than Hollywood because of the incorporations of real and fake together.

This completely shatters that. The fantasy/reality line. Now we know that say . . Adam Rose is NOTHING like his character.

Thank You, Only kids should think Undertaker is a deadman and Cena is Superman. If anything i think people should respect wrestlers more and see how much of an athlete they really are, there are still people who think wrestlers don't get hurt

The problem is that the WWE wants to have it both ways. They want to create cartoon characters & shyt all over kayfabe.

If they're going to just say that kayfabe is dead, then they should be like other federations and just stop making these "characters".

Bret Hart was "Bret Hart". Chris Benoit was "Chris Benoit". They were basically playing versions of themselves.

Just let everybody be like John Cena and Mark Henry and play heightened versions of themselves like Steve Austin did and be done with it.

They want to make wrestling like Hollywood or whatever, but wrestling's not that.

Tom Cruise plays a character and then plays another character. John Cena's been "John Cena" for 12 years now. You have to be able to lose yourselves in kayfabe somewhat to be able to maintain "good/bad" storylines over that time.
