eagles
You can never post about football again because you have been exposed as an idiot who knows nothing about the sport. I hope your house gets hit by a tornado fakkit

eagles

Ginger gawd made this thread a classic.
Edit: wire28 I see you... flood this thread with those Wentz smileys you got.
:happywentz:WOW
they just traded away their future for Wentz
These teams are throwing away their future for marginal talent.
see above :happywentz:Might be. I can't remember a time where all these teams are scrambling to make moves for average to below average QBs.
:eaglesflipbird:Dont the Eagles already have almost 30 mill tield to Bradford and Daniels. These Nuccas are paying Chase Daniels 7mill a year
:eaglesflipbird:Yes you did![]()
:SBnickfoles:we just saw a team win the title with the worst qb in the league, and we have teams that couldnt fukking wait to overspend and trade drafts away for mediocre talent. this fukking team did bothcomical really
:wentzthumbsup:These fools throwing all sense out the window for some QBs who aren't impressive. These dumbasses never learn
And they paying 2 other qb's on the roster too? So you're either gonna draft a guy and sit him or you just burning money on the bench. Either way it's a L. Especially when you need talent at plenty other positions.
Besides who else between the Rams and the 8th pick was going to draft a QB?
Cleveland probably called them up like "hey we getting a lot of calls on this pick I think they all want a QB. Since we like yall we're going to offer this deal to you. It's a real bargain" and Philly dumb asses bit
:wentzcelebrate:Eagles got finessed....You give up all those draft picks to only move up 6 spots to take a QB that won't be ready in 2 years, has high bust potential when your next pick isn't until the 4th fukking round.
Stupid. The Browns actually did something right.

the browns won the trade value-wise. theres no correlation to the trade and them deciding to pick mostly some bums with those picks. they couldve had dak in the 4th, they couldve picked a better wr than coleman and they sure as fukk couldve picked someone better than peppers this year. hell, they couldve picked watson with that one instead of trading down again
bc they got like 30 soso players
It's "glorified" because it's undoubtably the single most important position in football to those that have more than two functioning brain-cells. You cant list all of the outliers you want, but the FACT remains that having a "good" to "great" QB gives you a significantly better chance to win.
Let's go back for the past twenty years and see how many Super Bowl Champions did not have a "good" to "great" QB.
You have the 2000 Ravens and 2002 Buccaneers. Those are literally the only teams you can say did not have a "good" to "great" QB unless you want to be extremely generous and include the 2001 Patriots and 2013 Ravens.
Out of TWENTY Super Bowls, you have FOUR times where a team didn't have a "good" to "great" QB. Take your insane logic or lack thereof and keep it moving..
.your whole post hangs onto this statement as some kind of axiom or truism, when it really isn't...and I dont believe this, at allthey didnt. the only way the browns win the trade is if Carson Wentz is a bust or the trade yields them a franchise QB and other pro bowl talent- thus far the Eagles won the trade.. A franchise QB is the most important position in football..once you have one in place and that person helped you win a SB...how is the list of aight players a value win?bc they got like 30 soso players

so then your post isnt really saying much.
if he doesnt go first) and not calvin johnson, they still win the trade. the player they picked is irrelevant to value of the #2 pick at the moment.
you still won the tradeyou qb dikkriders are hilariousAnd, this thread is proof that many still don't realize the value of a QB. Have some nice threads to bump when Jimmy G plays well, and we can look at posts where 49er's fans didn't think he was even worth a 3rd round pick..

also, trades are usually judged by value at the time theyre made, because the value tied to picks isnt dependent on who was actually picked.
ie, if in 2007 draft a team moves up 6 spots to #2 giving up like a fifth rounder in return, but they draft levi brown (orif he doesnt go first) and not calvin johnson, they still win the trade. the player they picked is irrelevant to value of the #2 pick at the moment.
ie, if you made a trade that left you with 1k and your trade partner with 20 bucks, its irrelevant that he bought a lotto ticket with those 20 bucks, hit the jackpot and won while you spent 1k on aids-ridden whoresyou still won the trade
you qb dikkriders are hilarious
eagles won it all with a backup qb who was an andy reid call away from being out of football, and was the farthest thing from a 'franchise qb' (awful term btw), yet somehow its the most important position in football![]()

.wow ....you are retarded
yes, its normal for backups and borderline starters to win SB. I mean..let me find the list of backups who win super bowls that validates you dont need a good QB....ohh wait..its only happen twice in 52 SB....well ill be![]()
