I have no comment on that. MAVI is 20 apparently so it's possible he was influenced by EARL himself. I'm going through some MAVI songs/videos right now but I don't know much about him. He's dope though

Earl really needs to find his own voice At first he was doing the Eminem shock rap clone shyt.. he started to branch out and be more original on Doris and I don't like shyt, now he's riding the lo-fi great value Madlib/MIKE lane. He's too talented to be so blatant about his influences.
