Lobby Int :wow::wow: His delivery matched that beat perfect

Wasn't feeling his delivery on "Sick!" or "God Laughs"

I liked just about everything else, love the first two tracks as well as Lobby and the last two tracks. There's times when his delivery is too laid back and doesn't gel with the production imo.

That being said, the production is flawless. Very easy listen front-to-back and the first two tracks :whew:

When Earl is really in the pocket, he lowkey reminds me of Breeze Brewin (which is a high complement). I wish he was as consistent as Breeze is with balancing the laid back delivery with the right amount of energy in his flow.

The Palace of Eternal Sun
Somethin’ gotta give
Spin another web
Head home, mess with Fisk
Like I’m Spider-Man
Felt it on a whim
You’ll fall and slip again
I heard life a trip
Get it how you live
I guess it’s all you get
Take it on the chin
Pleasure by the gram
Gas siphon in
Smoke in my diaphragm
Stem caps, molly black, betty bam-ba-lam
They be out there
Shorty really from the west
Just an alley cat
Legend in the fukking flesh
Quit the frat, double back, I need a percent
Blast a laugh, karma facts, that’s a messy bytch
Can’t go outside, can’t go outside
No more ’cause nikkas sick
fukk the second chance
I won’t let the devil in
Somethin’ gotta give
Cover me, I’m going in
Pressure blow the lid, factor in the overhead
Live with no regrets, tell ’em when to tote the fifth
I could count the chips, not on what the teller said
That’s expensive shyt
Like my uncle Fela said
Cover me, I’m going in

:mjcry: :wow:

that was his last coherent project. It still knocks to this day. But this new project is fresher.

I can respect that, but don't agree with it. Some Rap Songs was a very coherent project also. I like all Earl albums though. Very nice to see him mature through his music, from the shockrap on Earl/ Doris to the more introspective songs he's doing on the last few albums. Great artist.
