my decision to not get this game seems justified. the beta was cool, but i just got the vibe that it was going to be a bland game. after reading these reviews in progress, it seems like a mixed bag.
So are you going to sit here and say that the main marketing topic of this game was the story? Not the strikes? Raids? Co-op aspect?

Never said I hated the game. Not once.
Not once did I ever say the game wasn't good.
I was the main one here hyped for the game.
I have given REAL criticisms about a game that I truly anticipated, and am truly disappointed by. I really wanted to LOVE this game.
Why do y'all choose to attack a person or their intentions in order to defend a game instead of addressing the criticisms? If anything, console allegiance has y'all irrationally defending the game.

IDK if thats true or not. But the other modes were mentioned more then any stroy. People in the beta thread didnt even know if they were including it in the game.Point is it wasn't a major part of selling this game. And the main point us you dont have it. So instead of talking and arguing about it, go get it and then your opinion will have more value

I've followed this game very closely from the jump. I've read and watched interview, I played the hell out of the beta.
No modes were mentioned. It was marketed as a vast co-OP adventure game, with loot and a compelling story to overtake halo and rival Star Wars.
That's how the game was marketed. That is not what the game is upon release.
