I don’t know if I would personally do it the way they did it, but it seems they went for the “drum up as much hype close to release day” approach. I appreciate more of a slow burn, gradual situation, but I can identify that most sports games do similar shyt. You ain’t really hearing about NBA 2K until NBA finals time.
Their first gameplay trailer is gonna be in May, and it’ll probably be preceded by a steady stream of school/player initiatives and other forms of hyping it up
