Working in a toll booth in the middle of nowhere, on the coast of Texas.
They pay me 22 hrs to sit on my ass and take tolls. Not much traffic, so most of my time is spent watching tv( we have all the channels).
I just brought my ps4 out there too. And in the summer time, there is a huge party going on around the booth most of the time . Women in bikinis flashing .

During the beginning of peak season they asked some people to do outside traffic , I asked if I could do it and they made me it

It started off with 3 people , now that peak is over it’s just me

Contract job to conduct specific infrastructure security monitoring and auditing and eventually got promoted to the SOC

Supervise nursing patient. All I had to do is watch him to make sure he's comfortable, call the nurse aid if anything is wrong and socialize with him during lunch. He was a cool guy, he used to be a doctor in his younger dayzzz.


I was paid $200 but it only lasted for 2 weeks due to miscommunication with my boss lol.

Assistant Accountant - 19 an hour part time (I'm in school) to file paperwork and input numbers. Half the time im in my cubicle or in the storage room listening to music, podcasts, occasionally on the coli, or something. There's a guy who literally takes naps throughout the day and nobody says anything. I was shocked when I seen that for the first time. Get a government job brehs, its damn near impossible to get fired.

What a good run ... 5 months of literally not doing anything but going on my phone and smoking pot making $15 a hour

Teaching in an Accelerated Learning Program...

Damn I miss that shyt. Traditional classroom teaching fukking sucks ass.

The accelerated learning program was just for kids to rack up hella credits in a short time, because they either dropped out of school or failed too many classes. They use the "blended learning" model wherein the kids literally are taught by computers for half the time. The other half is lessons you just make up out of thin air, and give the kids credit. The kids in the program were all practically grown, took care of themselves, and wanted to be there.

That shyt was way better than what I'm doing now. The only problem was that the school had two different programs: accelerated and disciplinary. Since I was really good at my job, they would move me wherever they needed me from year-to-year, or even mid-year. The disciplinary program was obviously a nightmare, and the polar opposite of what I previously described. I left that school for a higher paying traditional teaching job in a cac district, and I want to smack fire out of people every day in this job. I hate it.
