No eastern conference team has a top 10 player except Lebron..maybe Paul George. Lebron is a top 10 player with 2 allstars along him, that team will easily make the finals for the next 4-5 years considering no major changes and everyone is healthy. How can an eastern team beat them? The 2nd best team was the Raptors, their 2 allstars are not top 10, so they are not beating a team with the 2nd best player and 2 allstars. I really hope if Durant leaves, he goes and joins East. We need some competition.

I remember in the early 2000s everyone was saying the east was weak. Just look at random eastern squads from then that were middle of the pack in the playoffs:

Charlotte had Baron Davis, Wesley, Mashburn, Campbell
Bucks had Allen, Cassel, Robinson

neautral . like vegas/mexico/london .. u know to promote and globolize the game. we already have had games in mexico/london.. dont see why they couldnt expand that further.. they could even play at random arenas that dont have teams across the country.
