I did not. The point of 1-16 seeding is to have the best teams meet near the end.You just defeated the whole point of a 1-16 seeding.

spurs aint winnin shyt with that mute fakkit
Then do a 1-8 seedingI did not. The point of 1-16 seeding is to have the best teams meet near the end.
Now you dragging 80's teams into the argument. It's a known fact Jordan didn't win shyt until Magic, Bird, Thomas, etc. were pretty much done. Then he was the man as he was the lone true superstar in the league and had a trusty sidekick in Pippen and a pretty solid PF in Grant. That still does not stop the east from being garbage. If Cleland comes back and wins the series, that won't stop the East from being garbage.
90's east was trash, maybe not as trash as todays east but trash nonetheless. We not talking bout the 80's we talking bout the 90's and they were trash. Shaq and Penny could keep LeBron from the finals but they'd lose to Jordan anyway, so what exactly is your point? Nobody in the east can stop LeBron because nobody in the east has a consistent scorer. GS has a ton of guys who get buckets and they play unselfish, same as SA. LeBron can't beat the west because he's a ballhog. He doesn't know how to play basketball. He knows how to get stats,The east in the 80s and 90s were better than the east in 00s and now. In the 80s bird won against stacked west laker teams. Lebron formed voltron twice and Is about to lose 4 in this decade. Nobody kould stop a lebron led team in the east, but he gets his ass handled out west. bird and magic were trading blows in the finals. The Bulls era started in 1991 after the Pistons won 2 straight 1989-1990. The 90s east that Jordan beat up on was better than this trash east. Shaq and penny kould keep lebron from making the finals.
And Portland got blown out by Philly in the regular season, so fukking whatyou sure about that laughing? Cavs were not as good as you think. they fed on the leastern conf for wins.
lets take a look at them vs portland. only played twice. barely beat lilard and crew by 5 points. the other game they got blown out.

^^check the stats friend
now as far as the clippers you would be correct.
along with Golden State... Oklahoma City, San Antonio, L.A. Clippers, and maybe even Portland would all rag doll Cleveland in a seven game series.
But there's more east teams than west teams1. warriors
2. spurs
3. cavs
4. raptors
5. thunder
6. clippers
7. heat
8. hawks
9. celtics
10. hornets
11. pacers
12. trail blazers
13. pistons
14. mavericks
15. grizzlies
16. bulls
if they did 1-16

To me it makes more sense in regards to making the top teams play harder throughout the season. Now Cleveland could coast late in the season knowing they didn't have to worry too much about if they had homecourt or not. The west order was pretty much determined a few weeks before the season was up. If those teams knew they had to worry about seeding order against east teams as well they may not have been as comfortable later in the season and played it out through to the end. Also would make the final 4 much more exciting as it would have a chance to weed out pretenders more.Silver has to get that 1-16 playoff seeding in effect next season. This shyt is ridiculous.
Cavs were actually 22-8 against the West this year though....
blame the shytty GMs and Front Offices in the East
