Once or twice a year I'm eating chitlins. My family has the tradition of cooking them for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas. They taste good and I could care less what anyone has to say. People all over the world eat foods that others wouldn't eat. Although I don't believe eating chitlins should be applied to every Black person, I also don't see anything wrong with it being apart of our story.
