i eat oyster meat raw as fukk.

my steak be bleeding out faster than people who eat seaweed while on blood thinners(look it up)
i googled it and you actually can eat fresh meat raw. We only gotta cook it because we take so long from kill to table. Guess we are meant to eat meat.

I've been a vegan for only 1 and a half months and I've dropped from 233 to 195 easy. 27 of that came off in the first 8 days. I feel a lot healthier and I can tomahawk and windmill (basketball) now. I also get eat a lot more because fruits, veggies, grains, and lentils carry much less calories but are packed with nutrients. No lie, I swear I also got and extra half inch down there too. (Not that ya boy needed it:obama:) . Only thing is you need to take B12 cause that's only found in meat, but you could just drink a bottle of Vitamin Water Zero and you good for the day, or weekly pills. Also ground flax seeds for omega 3's.

Anyone who's tired of being to shoving sausages down your throat is manly peep this vid:

Op acts like vegans and vegetarians don't get cancer and other diseases. Once they eat soy one time (which is acidic and lower your natural ph) they feel as if they are immune to life.
they eating the shyt out of that round up ready soy :francis:. I have been cutting back on red meats but I will never fully give it up. That shyt ain't right.

cutting out certain things is fine but don't fool yourself into thinking its any healthier by substituting it with something else. so far it hasn't worked. too much seaweed? iodine toxicity. meaning its as salty as a bigmac

try just eating less and exercising more. don't be lazy.

You realize that the hormones they put in chicken to make their breast bigger causes those who eat those chickens to digest those hormones to invariably see similar side effect. There have been studies linked to girls getting larger breast quicker because of eating hormone laced chicken. Also Soy contains a special protein that is preventative for breast cancer. Your comment is literally ass backwards.

I lived with vegans for a few months. Miserable lifestyle. I'd rather get killed by that processed shyt.
