The Dr Amen Ra vid was posted a few times before and I found it interesting.

I decided to limit my eating and dropped down to 1 meal a day. I felt like I was about to die of starvation.

I adjusted and started eating 2 meal a day and honestly it feels great. Physically and Mentally.

My weight is stable, Never feel sluggish or bloated, Less thinking about what to eat, All my meals are focused on being quality so it's more enjoyable.

One of the best changes I've ever made.

Yea fasting is legit. One meal a day is too extreme for most ppl but even small adjustments like eating within an 6hr window 2-3 times a week does a lot of good

I cant go without eating 3 times a day and any breh who lifts agrees. Anyways, this video and topic been discussed in the gym section already. Only people or person on this site defending this dude is a vegetarian :francis:

Three meals a day is cool with me, still very slim, energetic throughout the day, etc.

I got low blood sugar, so I can't do one meal a day purposely. I have done it in the past, if I had a very busy day and didn't take the time to eat my normal amount of meals.

I eat 2 times a day and I lift big weight too.

I figured this works a lot better for my digestive system and I am not shytting 3/4 times a day like I normally do. I have more concentration at work, I am less bloated, I feel brighter too. But I think this also has to do with a lot of water intake

When I don't train I fast 16-24 hours, but when I do train I eat lunch at 12-1pm, train at around 4-6pm and then eat a little while after that at 8-9pm
