nah u stay hungry if u exercise. Especially while you're cutting. Your body is deprived of calories/energy and wants more. One thing u dont wanna do is starve yourself. That shyt will fukk up your metabolism system and throw everything off. Make sure you're getting the right amount of calories per day
yeah I was getting ripped and now I gotta build back up I’ve lost so much muscle and then all of last week when I was supposed to be in the gym I was sick and couldn’t eat anything besides soup.

I'm doing the one meal a day thing currently lol. Went down 3 sizes in under 2 months. Takes a lot of discipline but you get used to it.

How do you stop from feeling hungry all day?

I'm doing a negative calorie diet during the day which is basically the same, eating fruits, vegetables and some protein and eating one real meal a day.

Gotta get fit for Hawaii!

I started intermittent fasting in August. I typically do it on weekdays only and then eat regularly on the weekend. Everybody at work keeps commenting on how much weight I lost. I have to fasten my belt extra tight now to keep my pants from falling down. I haven't tried out OMAD yet. I might in the future.

Honestly I really only eat dinner during the week....but it's not to lose weight or anything (I've never had weight problems).

It's just that I wake up too late to eat breakfast, and if I eat a big lunch I'm :dead: by 2 or 3 so I don't eat much until I get home.


I almost never go to the gym though. :skip:

It’s a form of “intermittent fasting”. It’s a legit way of eating. It’s healthy, too.

BUT if you’re any type of athlete or perform strenuous exercises/hobbies on a regular basis, you will probably need more calories (healthy calories) to fuel your body. Otherwise, you won’t perform to your full potential or might even pass the fukk out. I know this from experience, trial and error. I’m also a Vegan, though.

Yea im gonna fukk with IF after i start my first week of keto. Gonna be on a keto diet then IF while refeeding on the weekends for 3 months.

I also take vitamins and mineral supplements during the fasting period so that my body still receives the nutrients it needs even though I am not eating any food.

I take fish oils, super b complex, vitamin d and e and magnesium every day already so i should still be ok with my nutrients.

I'm not a follower of NOI but they do say some interesting things
recently read through a PDF of Elijah Muhammed's How To Eat To Live and I must say its pretty convincing stuff

My father had me read How to Eat to Live when I was in second grade. At the moment, I’m practicing veganism. Been doing it for the past 6 months. One person I know who swears by this is Herschel Walker. I believe he does the one meal a day. I’ve also read it was the practice of some Shaolin monks to only eat once and only by noon. However, the ones that did lived during a different time. But, the theory is there and it’s usually useful for those who want to unlock health benefits of their bodies...
