I agree with Eboni's overall point but she's such a massive bytch that it turns people off.

Thank you! That has been my argument about this issue since I started talking about it. Too many people are so myopic that they can only see things from their side, and wonder why they continue to fail in situations that explicitly requires you to have empathy for another person. Relationships are a two-way street, yet you have men and women out here thinking only their way matters, their significant other be damned.
Everyone wants to make money off black women’s romantic failures.
Matters of love, romance, marriage, etc really cannot be taught. What Eboni is doing is trying to convince women they can change how they are wired to get a desired result. Faking the funk is not going to work for most people.
Notice she also never addresses what men would want in a Mrs. It’s always what women should look for, demand, etc.
You cannot talk about marriage and family without the other half of the equation. White women by and large care what their men think about them. Black women by and large do not. This explains the marriage gap pretty easily.

They talk about what men are looking for in the longer clip at around the 12.5 minute mark. I think envy and Charlemagne should have joined this part of the conversation though instead of women talking about what men want.

I watched the interview and enjoyed it. I even enjoyed the other lady's pushback because she was saying what women feel. A women could know you're right and shut down because she's offended.
That being said I don't know why she feels she has to say anything.

I couldn't make it past a minute with all of her condescending. What man wants to come home to that and argue all day with a woman that does it for a living?
