That would be a dream come true but its not happening. Harbs is not that good of a coach, he was masked by elite talent but I don't see biscotti letting him go. The best case scenario imo is we get rid or pees and spags. Start over defensively on the coaching end. Give our safeties another chance with a different coordinator. But regardless of all that we need to a draft corner back in the first round.

i was just watching the pats afc championship game and post game interviews the other day.Dude actually brung up the mutiny in the press conference talking bout "Harbs had to humble himself for his players,he knows what im talking bout" you could see on Harbs face he was pissed Ed even brung it up
I would love to see Ed come back for these last few games but thats not happening with Harbs here

Spags is most likely gone after this season but I doubt they fire Pees
They're gonna give him a pass because weve never been healthy at corner all year and its not his fault Ozzie has brung in all these garbage ass safeties

Yeah I want to have more faith hoping it was our coaching and D-coordinator that was messing him up. I remember people were calling Jimmy trash but he's one of the top corners in the league barring injury. Darian stewart was a Spags signing so both of them need to go. If it was Brooks and Ed, I think we could make a push in the playoffs. Also.. I hate harbs doghouse. Put Taliaferro in. Pierce is running scared and not even hitting the correct lanes.

But Ed's instincts and football smarts, plus you could tell he was a genuinely nice-guy off the field as well...Guy had it all in a football player. Sean MAYBE would've gotten to his level, MAYBE...Ed's smarts and understanding of offensive players was second to none...
Some dudes are just born to do what they do, Ed and Sean are two of those types...

Jimmy was never trash though.Honestly i never understood the Jimmy hate.His worst year was his rookie year and he was hurt but still was decent when he played.He also got better every year.
Elam has regressed.He was bad last year but he's been one of the worst football players I've ever see this year

I get flack for saying this.. but we could have beat Pittsburgh in the afc championship and divisional game 08 and 2010 if we had better coaching. We were the more talented and hungry team imo. People were saying Jimmy was trash cause he got burnt by SD that one game his sophomore season.
Harbs is all about that hardwork in practice, team player type bullshyt. It should def be Hill/Brooks starting at safety with no rotation.

Will Hill hasn't been bad but they need to shake some things up. Those 14 penalties on Sunday hurt a lot tho
How the fukk did I miss this thread? Reed is easily my favorite football player of all time and the reason safety is my favorite position on the field. Even though it's Jags til they bury me, I was so happy when that man finally got his ring. And shout outs to the dudes in here that remember that 06 squad. That was the best defense, next to the 02 Bucs, and bar none the best secondary I've seen in my lifetime. Damn shame they went out like that.
