I just started using it as well and it definitely works. I use whenever I need a deep clean and only use black soap for the face.
How often do you use it? I got sensitive skin so I didn't want to overdue it but I'm thinking about doing it twice a week for next couple weeks before I vacay

I never had a problem...try washing off in the shower and follow it with draino & Dawn.
