I eat about 3 eggs per day for breakfast along with an almond milk protein shake and a fruit. I thought this was a relatively healthy breakfast with a good amount  of protein . However when I ran my daily nutrient numbers on my personal fitness app, it says I should only consume 300 mg of cholesterol per day : for based on a 2200 calorie diet.

How do body builders get away with eating so many eggs as part of their diet?

 Might be too much cholesterol.
 I had to throw eggs in the bushes. 1 egg = 62% of your daily recommended cholesterol. Meanwhile 1lb of chicken = 80%. It was a no brainer for me. shyts are a treat for me pretty much.
