Searched the family's last name "Rhoden" in the Pike County Courts database. http://www.pikecountycourt.org/cgi-bin/search.cgi

There's someone by the name of Josh L Rhoden who lives in Peebles and is around the same age as the mother (Dana Rhoden). If you look at his rap sheet you will see how many drug offenses he's had in the past. Josh L Rhoden was not listed as one of the deceased in that article.
