The supreme court ruled otherwise.

What constitutional rights do undocumented immigrants have?

Specific to due process:

These issues are not very different than what black american citizens deal with when they are denied due process. If you'd like an example I can easily refer to Riker's Island.

Chronic Bronx Court Delays Deny Defendants Due Process, Suit Says
This is because they fought for it and just like that they made it a black issue because you morons :cape:for them

Had you shut up or fought against it with your own interest in mind (my point) it would have never been mingled

The people in charge don't care about either. In order for change you have to put people in charge who care about preserving our constitutional rights for all citizens and not just whites. It seems you're struggling to see the bigger picture. The people currently in charge aren't neglecting black issues because black people aren't LOUD enough or because people are also talking about Immigrants. They're neglecting black issues because that is their plan.

By giving due process to undocumented workers, in the grand scheme of things is to fukk over an already fukked over group while giving undocumented workers rights they technically don't deserve. This makes a lot of sense

The constitution has been around 1787. :stopitslime:
Immigrants have a long history of being granted due process.
It's only now that the immigrants aren't white that there is an issue over it. :sas2:

Black people have been in a bad position long before this current fervor over Hispanic immigration. Illegal immigration has been going down for a decade. The situation for black Americans has not improved proportionately. I think it's time to stop looking at the distraction and focus your energy on white supremacy and upending the current institutions. No amount of hispanics you deport is going to decrease the wealth gap between whites and blacks. :comeon:

Who said anything about deporting them ? Or wanting that ? I have a cousin that was deported . I said they need to fight their own battles and don't look toward us for support when they do not support US.
You're looking for allies that Ive seen turn their backs on the very community in an instant. Why do they not use the same rhetoric as you??? Think!

due proc·ess
/d(y)o͞o prəˈses/
noun
noun: due process; noun: due process of law
  1. fair treatment through the normal judicial system, especially as a citizen's entitlement.

:dwillhuh:
So by that standard if you travelled to a foreign country you could be beaten, maimed or otherwise fukked up and you would have no recourse, being in someone else's country?
Even soldiers in wars give each other due process.

You kiddimg me? One of my worst fears living in china? Try to overstay your Visa or enter illegally and see what happens

I don't know how they knew...but I'm on a legal tourist visa but while I was away in the Philippines, my roommate (African chick ) said they came to the house to check our passports.....I'm on a tourist visa I never gave them my addy so how did they know I was there?

You think ice is bad? They go to random schools and check , round up all the teachers that are working there on the wrong visa and deport.

One time they went to a foreigner friendly bar, locked the doors and made them all piss in a cup, if the strip went blue, you on drugs and got rounded up. Google it. They do this monthly. Luckily I was an hour late (black people time) to the party but when I got there I saw the Vans and dipped out (I smoke)

Y'all Americans are the only ones to :cape: da!n near every asian country is hard on illegals

I don't fight or get into it with a Chinese ...I'm a foreigner I lose by default

Your argument makes no sense. If they were already fukking us over how does fukking with undocumented affect anything. Hate/prejudice isn’t a finite resource that has to be rationed.

White people can hate-walk and hate-chew at the same time.

If you think the rising tide lifts all boats theory is dumb so is everyman for himself when you aren’t at that top.

They argued that not I.

And you're right they can fight mutiple fronts. Lumping them all into our business is stupid. They can deal with both Latinos and blacks at he same time but don't need to be involved with their (Latinos issues) when they don't even help our own cause

Due process is citizen entitlement :francis:

That's totally false - it has long been established in the USA that due process applies to everyone whether they are a citizen or not. This isn't new at all.

The only way they try to get around it today is by saying that immigration hearings are a civil matter as opposed to a criminal matter. But as others said, not only is that a suspect reading but they get away with it purely because of white animosity towards non-white immigrants. And there have been NUMEROUS us citizens who have been fukked over because someone "thought" they were illegal.

Look at the bullshyt that happened to this breh:

U.S. Citizen Who Was Held By ICE For 3 Years Denied Compensation By Appeals Court

Watson had already told them he was a citizen and given them his father and stepmother's names and a phone number to call and confirm.

ICE officers didn't call the number. They did attempt to look up his father, Hopeton Ulando Watson, but they confused him with a Hopeton Livingston Watson.

Hopeton Livingston Watson — the wrong Hopeton Watson — was not a U.S. citizen. He also lived in Connecticut instead of New York, didn't have a son named Davino and arrived in the U.S. at a different time. But the officers apparently didn't notice the mistakes. Based on the wrong file, they concluded that Watson was not a citizen and marked him for deportation.
Davino Watson told the immigration officers that he was a U.S. citizen. He told jail officials that he was a U.S. citizen. He told a judge. He repeated it again and again.

There is no right to a court-appointed attorney in immigration court. Watson, who was 23 and didn't have a high school diploma when he entered ICE custody, didn't have a lawyer of his own. So he hand-wrote a letter to immigration officers, attaching his father's naturalization certificate, and kept repeating his status to anyone who would listen.

Still, Immigration and Customs Enforcement kept Watson imprisoned as a deportable alien for nearly 3 1/2 years. Then it released Watson, who was from New York, in rural Alabama with no money and no explanation. Deportation proceedings continued for another year.

Watson was correct all along: He was a U.S. citizen. After he was released, he filed a complaint. Last year, a district judge in New York awarded him $82,500 in damages, citing "regrettable failures of the government."

On Monday, an appeals court ruled that Watson, now 32, is not eligible for any of that money — because while his case is "disturbing," the statute of limitations actually expired while he was still in ICE custody without a lawyer.

They detained a CITIZEN for three years without a lawyer or a fair trial because they THOUGHT he was illegal. And then they took away his compensation because his statute of limitations expired WHILE HE WAS FUKKING LOCKED UP WITH NO LAWYER.

How can you cape for that bullshyt in our country? :why:

Those data show that from 2007 through July of last year, 693 U.S. citizens were held in local jails on federal detainers — in other words, at the request of immigration officials. And 818 more Americans were held in immigration detention centers during that same time frame

They locked up 1500 Americans without due process because they "thought" they weren't Americans. And they even deported some of them to countries they'd never even been to in their lives. :francis:

No one said cape. I said stay out of it, just like they :hubie: during our issues

How is this difficult to understand? :gucci:
