How do you have a conversation about this without realizing it's largely racially motivated? That's like talking about the police killing black men and trying to avoid race. It's a shytty segue attempt.

You have been given numbers to show immigration is going down and the US on a whole takes in less immigrants than other nations.

There isn't a crisis. It's made up to get people like you in your feelings.
when did i say it was a crisis?

YOU are acting like people who have to sit in shytty conditions for a few days because they showed up unannounced and unasked for, is a crisis. we're doing them a fukkin favor by granting them asylum, which you're trying to guilt us about because we havent built them a hotel to wait in

why don't we put them on a plane and send them to your country? will your country take them in, with better conditions?

Goddamn. At this point it is a national emergency but not in the way the right mean. Not to sound crude, but that is a lot of potential labor right there. We should be spending the money to welcome and assimilate these people and building up our southern states.

And here we go back to the simple point I have been making from the start of the conversation.

Every nation has laws to determine who comes in and who doesn't. Based on that follow those laws, but rounding up and putting people in a cage is inhumane.
For the record the UK would at least make sure, that if detained they have a roof over their heads.

But that simple point is too much for your sensibilities and you think they should be treated like shyt so we have nothing more to discuss.

wrong. i think they have no right to expect or demand anything. accomodations suck while you're waiting for asylum? feel free to turn around

in the UK, you don't deal with anything like the southern border :yeshrug: i wouldnt expect you to understand. but im sure not gonna be guilted over it by someone in another country :ehh:

Guilt isn't an emotion I would try to elicit from you. I simply stated that I find the treatment inhumane. You disagree.

We move on.

imagine showing up at someone's house, demanding they let you in and take care of you, and then complaining because you didn't like the bed they gave you

edit: incorrect analogy. your neighbor started crying because they didnt like the bed you gave that person

You really think that is a like for like example? If we are making this comparison, do I also get the resources of the Federal Government or the State of Texas, so I can make a more informed decision?

sure. then you have to explain why those resources dont go to the citizens of the federal government, or texas, before the person who showed up

not a problem, as there would be enough resources to build out shelters for immigrants. If the federal government, cut the investment in the space force and other weapons. Don't know enough about the Texas budget to determine what I could cut.

so why shouldnt they cut the space force and weapons, but then tax their citizens less?

I somehow missed this whole exchange.

Tommy Knocks is literally mouthing a Rush Limbaugh talking point. Find the most race-focused non-Black group you can and use them to create Black-Brown division. :francis:

And not only was it originally a Limbaugh talking point....it was a lie.

Unity? What unity? Did you read the comment section of the blog? :francis:

An article nor a blog reflects public perception :francis:

All that to get crumbled in 2 lines :francis:

I'm assuming you're Latino. Out of curiosity why do you feel blacks MUST assist you?

Imagine showing up at someone's house, demanding they let you in and take care of you, using their assets to get rich, and then complaining like a bytch about the next person to show up. :mjlol:

Of course it's a stupid analogy from the start because it's not your fukking house. I assume you do have a house, if you've managed your privilege right, you're welcome not to let any refugees in it at all. None of the rest of this land belongs to you, it was here before your ancestors smallpoxed and scalped their way across the land and it will still be here after you incel yourselves out of existence.

A better analogy would be that you and your homies ran up on the school cafeteria, saw some food and started scarfing it down. After a while you begin to feel like it's your cafeteria, even though there's way more shyt than you could ever need and you're laughing with the excess. Then this hurt kid shows up limping cause he was a little slower getting there and can't find food anywhere else, and you have to figure out whether you're going let him grab some of that extra food on his own (the shyt you haven't even touched yourself yet and never put there to begin with) or whether you'll lock the doors and keep anyone else from getting in. And then you have to justify to that kid why the fact of you barging through the doors first somehow gives you the moral right to decide who else gets it.

At least Native Americans have something of a case for making that decision. At least ADOS have something of a case for the moral superiority of their right to be here. What :dahell: case do you think you have other than that White Supremacy taught you that Manifest Destiny myth when you were a little kid and your atheist ass somehow ingrained that the God you don't believe in blessed you with shyt you never earned or deserved? :heh:

I don't even know what you mean by "that blog", most of the links I posted had comments and in each one the comments are all over the spectrum, both positive and negative, just like they are here.

You said the threads don't even exist, that Latinos were :hubie:. And yet the people at the very top of those brown advocacy groups were speaking out and taking real steps. That one petition to stop the Kill at Will laws had 18,000+ signatures. Just admit that your Rush Limbaugh talking point was wrong and keep it moving.

And you want to think that anyone who doesn't like White Supremacists keeping brown kids in outdoor cages without beds is Latino? :gucci:

I mean, I thought you were Japanese or some shyt, so :francis:
