They really did if u think about it. Dude helped take a team to the playoffs (team was 2-14 previous year) and won a playoff game against a formidable opponent. BUT these other mediocre to below average white QBs have longevity in the NFL and still getting contracts and contract renewals but Tebow couldn't have longevity. Makes u think.

Will certainly help if Charles and Maclin can come back healthy but didn't they lose a few on defense through cuts/free agency/injury?

You leave out the part of stumbling into the playoffs with an 8-8 record and winning the Division despite losing 3 of their last 4 games. They also got a fluke playoff win over a team that was missing their starting safety. Let's not even go into his awful completion percentage.
His passing mechanics have been suspect for a while.

I could see how you might think Tebow was legit if you only watched the fourth quarters of that season. He could barely pass the football, though. Defense and special teams kept that team in a lot of games. Now, is he worth a flier for a team not needing a star QB and willing to redo its entire offensive scheme? Maybe.
Depends on the team. Difference between him and other QBs, though, is the circus that follows Tebow.

Rex Ryan had plenty of chances to play him at qb too and wouldn't. he let himself get fired over suckchez.
Not sure who the Chiefs lost on D but ur right about Charles and Maclin. The fact that they did so well last year during that 10 win stretch with Charles out on a season ending injury is a good sign. I could see them being a problem unless Reid start displaying his excellent time management skills in very important games againRaiders will definitely be improved. KC though? I don't know.
