Who praises Aikmans greatness outside of Michael Irvin and Emmitt Smith? How can you be overrated when youre barely brought up? Elway is a guy who gets hailed as great simply.because he fits an archetype.

Nah. He took a rival league and made it legit before it was absorbed into the NFL. The NFL needed him and the Jets win to make the league expansion a legitimate one. For that alone, along with being the first 4k yard passer, he’s a HOF.
