I think it's him playing up his relationship while being a bigoted heel. I don't think I'd have a problem with the gimmick if he wasn't selling shirts. I'd be equally disgusted if WWE sold "No Speak English" shirts for Nakamura

If he's genuinely playing that character then I don't see the problem, unless you're going to get mad at actors that play racist parts in films too. Course you can play a heel without doing that, but why shouldn't some wrestling be based in reality or be a bit edgy? You make merch for other people to wear. These shirts were for sale meaning it has jack shyt to do with him being a heel. If he wanted to be this legit heel and dedicated to his craft he wouldnt be selling merch at all. On top of that the imagery is fukking disgusting.

Oh it was merch, I didn't realise that. In that case that doesn't sound like a good idea to be selling that shyt at all. The shirt is very distasteful and fukked up, I could have understood if he was supposed to be a despicable racist heel though and that was his character and seperate that, but the merch idea doesn't sound good at all.
