Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
He needs to drop like 15 pounds. He too big n/h

Weight isn't the issue when I stopped and thought about it since he got hurt at 250-265. It's all about how he lands, they need to change his biomechanics and fix how he comes down.

It seems like he has a weak core and his legs aren't as flexible as they should be.

Yeah he needs to be around the 245 range imo. That along with fixing the way he lands will help a lot. But he's also kinda clumsy and falls a lot..:yeshrug:

It's wild that he's so graceful and agile in motion when he's playing but the second he leaves the ground he look like a video game with too much rag doll physics.

He lands flat footed or on his heels a lot, and he doesn't really bend his legs when he lands so it's all the pressure going to his feet or back.
Inadvertently doing this for years has caught up to me now living in my 30's:flabbynsick:. Son will have back (and possibly hip) problems early if he doesn't get it rectified asap. A good chiropractor would help (everyone should see one regularly) but you don't want to wait until you absolutely have to as the road to recovery becomes more frustrating:francis:. Breh is in my prayers.
