Weight isn't the issue when I stopped and thought about it since he got hurt at 250-265. It's all about how he lands, they need to change his biomechanics and fix how he comes down.

It seems like he has a weak core and his legs aren't as flexible as they should be.

he needs yoga or Pilates or something. His lower body is real stiff. He has no flexibility or agility
