His best ever lolEminem performances on Renegade mint be his best ever. It was just incredible. Jay did his thing but Em blacked out.

That was the truth though“Eminem murdered you on your own shyt” is basically Nas’s response to Jay saying that Nas’s “bodyguards” had better verses on Oochie Wally.
A lot of the shyt they said in those disses went on to shape and kind of rewrite Hip Hop history. People harped on “1 hot album every 10 year average” for Nas even though that was far from the truth and people harped on “Eminem murdered you on your own shyt” AND “How much is Biggie’s rhymes is gonna come out your fat lips?”
That was the truth though![]()
AZ def didn't "kill" Nas on Life's a bytch. AZ had a great verse, best in his career maybe, but it wasn't like Nas didn't kill it as well.
I switched my motto, in stead of saying "fukk tomorrow"
The buck that bought a bottle could have struck the lotto
That line alone shyts on a lot of rappers careers. Some true words to live by.
You are not "killing someone on their own shyt" when the other has an incredible verse as well. Case in point:
I woke up early on my born day; I'm 20, it's a blessing
The essence of adolescence leaves my body, now I'm fresh and
My physical frame is celebrated cause I made it
One quarter through life some Godly-like thing created
Got rhymes 365 days annual plus some
Load up the mic and bust one, cuss while I pus from
My skull cause it's pain in my brain vein, money maintain
Don't go against the grain, simple and plain
When I was young, at this I used to do my thing hard
Robbing foreigners, take their wallets, their jewels, and rip their green cards
Dipped to the projects flashing my quick cash and
Got my first piece of ass smoking blunts with hash
Now it's all about cash in abundance
nikkas I used to run with is rich or doing years in the hundreds
I switched my motto; instead of saying "fukk tomorrow"
That buck that bought a bottle could've struck the lotto
Once I stood on the block, loose cracks produce stacks
I cooked up and cut small pieces to get my loot back
Time is Illmatic, keep static like wool fabric
Pack a 4-matic to crack your whole cabbage
That's debatable. "Now some resting in peace and some are sitting in San Quentin"That buck that bought that bottle could've struck the lotto" is the biggest quotable on the entire song.
Nas's verse is just as fire.
The concept of murdering a fellow rapper on a feature was not a thing or concept, not with journalist or listners.Nikkas trying to rewrite history. The census at the time was Eminem merking Jay on Renegade. That was the talk at the time and Nas brought it on wax.
clown shytBest verse on the album
Post a better one then?clown shyt
AZ’s opening was one of the hardest in hip hop history. He had a better flow then Gzuache and a faster pace. Gxausche had to come back with some witty lines but it still couldn’t top AZ.
