I think they mean that lil weird sound in the background, its more of a techno-y sound. lot of people get dubstep confused with techno/electronicI'll comment on the actual song in a sec butat people saying this sounds like dubstep. The beat is trash but it sounds absolutely nothing like dubstep.

this isn't as bad as the previous songs he released but the beat is lacking on this one. lyrically he was fine, I don't really like all the weird distortions he used on his voice throughout.
