Has nothing to do with the same formula...If you're gonna go with everything from a familiar hairstyle, cover, album name...you would think that it the album's tracklist would draw some kind of connection as well, it ain't rocket science b...nobody told him to name it this, shyt is a marketing ploy.

On fire
Seduction
Going through changes
No Love
Almost famous
Untitled

To a lesser extent:

Won't back down (grew on me)
25 to life

Why because I liked a good portion of the songs on recovery? What's wrong with that first handfull of songs? Seduction should have been a single on some superman/LL type steeze...on fire was obviously a "relapse 2" left over, going through changes helped me through my mothers death, almost famous had some iffy lines but overall a hype track with relevant subject matter to anybody who's a fan of his music.

That didn't stop me from shytting on the project as a whole, while catching hate about it even, from nikkas that are obviously beneath me in the stan hierarchy.

:ehh:

I've done everything BUT "like everything he drops" since relapse/refill, and i'll stand by that project being dope as fukk in my opinion, has nothing to do with lowered standards, I enjoyed the album a lot and was pretty disappointed with the next. This new project seems to be leaning more toward that sound.

You're saying MMLP2 is will lean more towards Relapse? I don't see why you would think that - Survival sounds like Recovery, Berzerk still has bad voice changes/singing and stuff that he was doing on Recovery (that 3rd verse combined all of the worst aspects of his delivery on Recovery lol), Berzerk also had the forced punchlines, Em himself starting saying Relapse sucked after fans said so, and he's not going to bring back that Slim Shady persona on this album most likely. I don't see any reason to think it would be in Relapse territory.

If Em found a cure for cancer some people around here would find a way to hate on it

It pains people to know that eminem outsold their fav rapper, was cosigned by their old fav rapper, and is now looked up 2 as an all time great by their new fav rapper

his flow will be similar to the "our house" " and he showed us that on "symphony in h".

why cant any of you understand that his flow and the overall feeling of berzerk is suppose to be a throwback to the beastie boys sound.. and guess what that means yelling!

as for "survival" its a soundtrack for a WAR video game.. of course the tone of the track will be aggressive. fukk you expect :heh: thats why he used that flow on there/..

most of you dont believe it will be recovery 2 (great album by the way) and for some reason thats how you all try to shyt on EM by sayin it will be similar to it.. which i dont understand since its an amazing album with great song writing.(for the audience he was tryin to reach. Recovery was a duel concept album.. his "recovery" from addiction. as well a his recovery into the mainstream.. he accomplished both feats masterfully...

we will get a more typival EM album in the same vein of his earlier works now thats hes once again the biggest artist on the planet. with relapse he didnt accomplish that.. it was still succesful but not to EM standards.. so he had to dumd it down and make an album and tracks that catered to to the "mainstream hip-hop fan in 2010" after selling 10mil with recovery he will now be able make a typical EM album..

i have a theory.. about the "yelling" flow.. hes yelling because hes upset/frustrated that "relapse" which is AMAZING one of the top 3 hip-hop albums of the last 5yrs.. didnt get the recognition it deserved since at the time hip-hop in general was @ a low point when it comes to lyricsism and it wasnt really accepted and didnt get the praise it deserved..

so he had to "dumd it down" on recovery and pander to the top 40 crowd.. he showed us all he can easily do that he sold 10mil WW..but like he told us on "till i collapse"

A plaque of platinum status is whack if I'm not the baddest.

he has also refrenced the point of him lovin relapse on BME.. specifically about how women didnt like it.. last time we heard him on the radio prior to "berzerk" was on that 50 track "my life" and he referenced not feeling recovery(dumbin it down).

http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/50cent/mylife.html
"And I might just blow my lid
shyt, I almost wish that I would have never made Recovery, kid"

so why did he say on "not afraid" that
Let's be honest, that last "Relapse" CD was ehhh
Perhaps I ran them accents into the ground
Relax, I ain't going back to that now

he had orders to make sure and let the mainstream know that his album wasnt dark and "rippity rap" aka telling them he dumdbed it down for them so he wouldnt scare off the typical fan of "hip-hop" in 2010

Lol he doesn't seem to have a very good pulse on his own music.

Every CD critics gave it a 3, then 3
Years later, they'd go back and re-rate it
And call the Slim Shady LP the greatest
The Marshall Mathers was a classic
The Eminem Show was fantastic
But Encore just didn't have the caliber to match it
I guess enough time just ain't passed, yet
A couple more years, that shyt'll be Illmatic

the last time we heard him on a FT with a pop singer.. w Skyler Grery "Cmon Let em Ride" he DIDNT YELL AT ALL!! this song came out in December 2012

he has the laid back flow..

so expect his flow to be a cross between the "our house"/" flow and the "cmon let me ride" flow.. which he showed us in "symphony in H"

Might be excited if I didnt hear berserk. :trash:
Basically. Even "The Real Slim Shady" was a dope ass MTV single and had some lyricism to it.

Beserk is trash and kinda devalues the whole thing. It kinda sucks that this shyt is being called MMLP2 because it's shaping up to be some trash compared to the original.
