Huh? No
I'm saying no one wants to hear Eminem rap about jerking off to Casey Anthony and Nicki Minaj butthole breh, its a gimmick and re-visiting gimmicks leads to failure

:what:
Breh, are you trying to be sarcastic or not

Assuming you are, let me put this in delicate words, revised: NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR SLIM SHADY IN 2012. It didn't happen with Relapse 3 years ago, and won't happen again. You really think people flock in waves to hear Eminem talk about that kind of stuff? Tell me, what was hot about that BET verse?

I think what he's saying is that pulling out the old late 90s, early 2000s character is not respectable in 2012. It will most likely sound like a wack version of Relapse. He doesn't have that voice anymore, he's a decade older, he's not got that personality anymore, shyt has happened in his life, he's not a drug addict anymore and the list goes on. That Slim Shady character is based on shyt that happened in his life up until that moment, just pulling it out of nowhere won't be the same.

Em has done everything in his power to gain respect with u new generation nikkas

You wanted him to bring back that Shady shyt...he gave u Relapse

You wanted him to do shyt with other producers and work with other artist..he gave u Recovery

You wanted him to take Shady Records serious..he signed Yelawolf and Slaughterhouse

Em don't have to do shyt no more....no matter WHAT he does..u nikkas will hate on him...

But when that album drops u nikkas will lose your minds...

I'm not an Em fan per se but I am a big fan of his work from MMLP-8Milesoundtrack. I think for his next album he should do another No Afraid type of first single but maybe this time it can be a little more upbeat. Then he needs to work with people that he hasn't worked before like some of the young guns in hip hop like maybe Cole, Krit, Earl Sweatshirt, or even a Joey Bada$$. Working with the younger cats would be key for him to keep his dominance in popularity, not that he needs the help now but eventually history will not look so kindly on his career so he has to get the new gen of fans enticed.

As for production I would go with Dre, Alex Da Kid, Boi1da, Krit, Harry Fraud, Alchemist

You're right, but like I said, Eminem just doesn't have the creative capacity to please anyone or enough flexibility. Rap isn't about catering to fans, at least from what I believe, and really, if he thought that collabing with Nicki Minaj and Rihanna was a good look for him, :yeshrug:

He did it with Relapse and it was dope.

Relapse was aight not even close to seeing his 3 first albums, 2.5-3 mics.
The best songs were the ones that weren't Slim Shady like Same song and dance, Deja vu and underground

I wanna see Detox drop, I have yet to bump The Chronic but some of these Hip Hop heads said its basically a Snoop album even though its Dre's album.

For some reason I'd imagine if Detox dropped today Hip Hop heads would consider it a Em album even though its Dre's project.

We all know Em has ghostwritten for Dre in the past.

With that being said, I hope Em drops more songs about his life and such, and some uplifiting tracks such as beautiful (Yea, I thought that song was dope, what :birdman:) Em filled that void nicely after Pac's death left it vacant.

He screamed on Criminal.

Have you heard his bet verse? Random freestles? Hell: The Sequel? Songs on his last two records where he didn't scream? There were ALOT of em.

lol @ find his flow...yea, you talking out ya ass

Lol. Ur really going to compare Criminal to his latest shyt.

If you wanted to make a better pint about Em screaming at least mention "Kim". And yeah he's been *screaming* since day one, but it wasn't on the majority of his songs. Also, back in the day it was done right and didn't sound out of place; I guess it was because he used to ride beats like a beast.

Lol @ talking out my ass. I could list a lot of his songs to showcase how his flow has fallen off. You'd have to be an idiot to not hear it. There's a difference between being a fan and a fukk boy.... Your treading a thin line. Most *fans* agree his flow has not been the same and the screaming has to stop. Most *fukk boys* think he can do no wrong and he shyts gold.
