We'll never get the old Em, it's not original, fresh or realistic.
I want Em's new shyt to hold the same freshness as his old shyt, it's hard to drop music that has you going "what hte fukk is this shyt?" twice or over a longer period of time. Nas, Jay, Face, Outkast, Scarface and Common are probably the only cats that has done it for over a decade. Trying to to duplicate your old shyt only leads to mediocrity.

Eminem's deal isn't to please fans, he's not creatively capable of meeting needs, and his personality limits him from being flexible. But, what he could do is rap over some trap beats, do some songs with Drake, Jay-Z, Big Sean, J. Cole (all 4 of them I would like to hear) and use his own regular voice. That voice seriously prevents him from making anything I want to listen to. Do some out of the ballpark things, like do a beat with RZA and debut a new overall sound. Right now, his vibe is on the echelon of Slaughterhouse and them fakkits and nobody wants to hear that. He's a storyteller, so do some songs with a story.

I would rather listen to new Eminem's album than listen to Jay-Z's new album.

Jay-Z usually put the same bullshyt unlike Eminem.

This is telling you why Nas' the greatest rapper of all time.

Nas>>>>>Eminem and Jay-Z

Great points.

Your right about that. Musicians always say that when you try too hard to force something it comes across and insincere and below average, and lacks creativity.

Yeah but old school shady is exactly what makes it garbage
Slim Shady is not a respectable character in 2012
