It is amazing to me that a black announcer, after seeing the racism and vitriol pushed out at Angel Reese over the last few years, would try to define an argument by removing race and gender, and what's more, have people on here take that same view.

Main reason this is an issue is because Angel did the ring pointing thing at CC last year. That's like 50% of it and then her being Black adds on to it.

It sucks and there's a skrong hint of racism but there's a reason the media talks about Reese and not Flau'Jae in the same way. If they win, she gets more hype and when they lose, media snaps back on you.....of course I don't think CC gets the same heat if she talked shyt.

my position is that she "took one for the team" and played that villain role. the reaped the benefits and when she loses has to pay the price. She should be praised by everyone within the women's game as much as Clark is when it's all said and done.
